To train Boxing or any sport, certain principles of sports training must be followed. It is advisable to train boxing keeping in mind the individual abilities of the competitor who performs the training. The week has 7 days, but professional boxers regularly train 11 training sessions for 6 days a week, because 1 day of the week is left free to compensate for the loads.

It is not advisable to train every day of the week for any boxing practitioner because, although the human body is a perfect machine, it needs to comply with a basic principle of sports training that says that there must be a correct relationship between training (work) and rest.
